With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.

The gorgeous Eternity bike from Elswick successfully breaks through all benchmarks for style and design.
Designed with a 13" step-through frame the riding position is leisurely yet responsive, whilst the low sweep top-tube allows for easy mounting and dis-mounting. The Eternity includes 6 easy to use gears powered through a Shimano rear derailleur to provide reliable gear changing and let you tackle any urban terrain. The frame is finished in a beautiful Teal colour with satin lacquer for a low-sheen to set the design apart from the crowd. Front and rear full-length metal mudguards protect you from dirt thrown up from the pavement, whilst the matching full length chainguard provides protection from the chain for your on-trend clothes. The subtle design elements from the frame are enhanced by the chainguard design, which mirrors the prints seen on the high-street this season.
The Eternity feels fresh and vibrant, with low-profile smooth-rolling tyres complementing the chrome wheel rims, seat-post, brakes and handlebar. Reliable braking is provided courtesy of the front and rear V-brakes which supply controlled braking power through the reach-adjustable brake levers. As they know comfort is important to you, a wider Elswick leather effect comfort saddle is supplied as standard with complementing soft-touch grips. We've also included a front basket to help you take along all those essentials.
